A generation failed
A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits to the original credit lot, retaining that lot's original expiry. Requests with an unknown outcome are checked against the original provider task or billing record before resolution. Contact support with the job ID if a request remains under review.
Stop future subscription renewal
Use Cancel future renewal on your billing page. The page shows the saved effective date. Your paid access and monthly credit releases continue until that billing period ends. One-time packs do not renew. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.
Request a payment review
Email support@opensourcephotoeditor.org from your account address with the website order reference and reason. We review duplicate charges, billing mistakes, failed delivery and requests under applicable consumer law. Describe the issue without sending card numbers or private source images. We do not promise that consumed AI credits or a preference about an otherwise delivered output qualifies for a refund.
An approved monetary refund is processed through the original payment method. The payment processor and your bank control when it appears. A pending or failed refund is not treated as completed. Any specific eligibility and fulfilment terms shown before your purchase form part of your contract.
Credits after a refund or dispute
A successful refund removes the corresponding proportion of credits from that purchase; a full refund removes all remaining credits associated with it. A payment dispute places that purchase's credits on hold. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, eligible unused credits are restored with their original dates. Other purchases are accounted for separately, and expired or already-consumed credits are not recreated.
