Our support mailbox is support@opensourcephotoeditor.org. Include the page address, browser version, the time the problem happened and any error message. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private images or confidential documents. If a sample is needed, use a non-sensitive example.
Replies come from this same support address through Microsoft 365. Support is handled by the site operator; a response time is not guaranteed.
Sign-in and account requests
Use the account page to sign out, sign out all devices or delete your website account. Deleting the account removes its profile and active website sessions. It does not delete your Google account or change files and app storage on your device. For a privacy request, email us from the address associated with your website account.
An editor opens, but a feature is broken
The upstream projects maintain the editing software. Their issue trackers are linked from every app guide. Include the pinned release version and reproducible steps; check the guide's limitations first. Contact us when a hosted build fails to download or launch.
